Our staff has over 20 years of experience coordinating surrogacy from all over the world and has upheld the highest standards of ethics in our practice and when it comes to who we are willing to do business with. We take great care and concern in selecting the clinics that we have chosen to work with both in the U.S. and in Ukraine.

We want your experience to be one of trusted guidance from professionals whose ultimate goal is your success in creating a loving family. We have spent a great deal of time and care in evaluating the many IVF and surrogacy programs available in Ukraine. The ones we have selected have met our strict standards of excellence. We think it is important to note that not every clinic is created equal and you should be wary of clinics in Ukraine offering prices that seem too good to be true.  Many of those clinics we have rejected for reasons either due to questionable business practices, sub-par medical practices and standards or safety concerns – just as in the U.S. not every doctor and/or clinic is perfect or even good. This is why we, as an agency, have chosen to work with just a handful of doctors and clinics we feel share the same ethics and standards of care we embrace. When considering whether or not to work with a surrogacy clinic in Ukraine, we consider everything we would consider when looking at a clinic in the U.S.: success rates, modern facilities, lab and medical protocols, adherence to ASRM (American Society of Reproductive Medicine) and ESHRE (European society for human reproduction and embryology) guidelines, and general transparency.

What most people don’t know when they’re researching these clinics is that most of the births take place in public hospitals. Why is this important and why should it matter to intended parents?

Although there are many wonderful public hospitals in Ukraine, you should know that they do not allow intended parents to be in the delivery room during a birth via surrogacy. For this reason, Nest Egg Fertility works only with the private hospitals which will allow you to be in the room for the delivery of your baby as well as the opportunity to stay with your baby during the hospital stay.  Most public hospitals in Ukraine will only allow you to visit and/or hold you baby for 30 mins a day until the surrogate is released.  In cases where the surrogate gives birth via C-section, that can be up to seven days of seeing and holding your baby for only 30 mins a day.  We find that unacceptable for everyone involved, so we work with only the private hospitals that are flexible and understand the importance of immediate bonding between baby and parent.

We get it: No two people are the same. No two couples are the same. Your stories are as unique as you are and so are your journeys to get to where you are today. We understand the idea of traveling to an unknown country to pursue a dream of a family can feel like an adventure to some and daunting to others.   Some are well traveled and comfortable navigating on their own and others prefer a guide to point them in the right direction.  Just as you are unique, so are our package offerings. We are with you every step of the way and we work with you to design a package that is perfect for you.

For those that want added assurance, we offer our “Money Back Assurance” program. Ask us about the details and how that can work for you.  Fill the form out below to get more information.

We are constantly looking for creative, responsible ways to help our clients afford IVF. If you’ve done any comparative research on the cost of assisted reproductive technology (ART), you probably already know that one of the best ways to lower the cost of any process, whether it’s egg donation or surrogacy, is to look outside the United States where ART fees are among the highest in the world. With this in mind, we traveled all over the globe looking at clinics, labs, and even other agencies we felt adhered similar standards of care our clients would receive in the U.S. but offered these services at much lower prices.

After personally vetting everything from egg freezing labs to surrogate housing, we’re excited to announce our partnerships with leading fertility clinics in Ukraine. These partnerships will allow clients for whom assisted reproduction was previously cost prohibitive to pursue their dream of becoming parents and we’re beyond excited to have found them!

The most important thing to us is your success. We want to make your dream of having a family a reality which is why we have given so much thought and put so much research into creating the best possible surrogacy experience for intended parents who pursue surrogacy abroad. We completely understand how scary surrogacy is in general, let alone in a foreign country. We also know that making these decisions based on finances can feel like jumping into a financial and emotional abyss. Add to that the landmine of misinformation and opportunists on the Internet, and it can be an incredibly frustrating experience. This is why, as professionals in the field of assisted reproduction, we want to help you fully understand this process, weed out the fly-by-nights, and have a happy, successful surrogacy.

We want your journey to be a positive one and we are honored to help guide you through. Just like surrogacy in the U.S., surrogacy in Ukraine can be a great experience provided you make informed decisions about each step.
